What you make with the tools: free for commercial use

Everything you generate with the tools on this site (training plans, pace charts, pace bands, split tables, zone cards, calendar files, printouts and downloads, “your output”) is yours to use for any purpose, including commercial use, royalty-free and worldwide. You may print it, share it, give it to runners you coach, and include it in products or services you sell. No attribution or credit is required.

Two limits: material by third parties that is listed on the credits page (for example text under CC BY-SA) keeps its own licence, including any credit it asks for; and you may not copy, resell, mirror or repackage the site itself, its code, its generators or its design as a competing tool or service, or use automated tools to copy the site in bulk or to overload it.

Health

The tools give general estimates for healthy adults and are not medical advice. Start any training plan gradually and stop if you feel pain, dizziness or chest discomfort. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant or are unsure whether running is right for you, ask a doctor before you start.

No warranty

We test the tools against independently calculated results, but mistakes can happen; check anything important before you rely on it. The site is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from use of the site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Content and licences

The site’s design, text and code are © RunPacePlan. Third-party material is listed with its licence on the credits page, and that licence applies to it.

The mobile app

The RunPacePlan app is available on Google Play for Android; the Apple versions are not yet in the App Store. These terms also apply to the RunPacePlan app (iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch, Mac as an iPad app, Android; Apple App Store and Google Play), which is owned and operated by SKYSEED TECH LLC. The app will be free to download. “RunPacePlan Pro” is an optional purchase that unlocks the extras described on the app’s store page: monthly and yearly subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and a lifetime option is a one-time purchase with no renewal. Purchases are billed, managed and refunded by Apple or Google under their own terms; you can cancel in your App Store or Google Play account settings and restore a purchase on any device signed in to the same store account. For the App Store, Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies, in addition to these terms. Training plans, paces and pace bands in the app are general estimates, not medical advice (see “Health” above); the app is provided “as is” as described under “No warranty”.

Advertising and third-party services

The site may show advertising and may use visit statistics. These are described in the privacy policy. We are not responsible for the content of other websites we link to.

Changes and contact

We may update the site and these terms at any time; the date below the title shows the latest change. Questions: support@runpaceplan.com. Nothing in these terms limits the consumer rights you have under the law of your own country.
